Question to be added prior to staff logging an incident where they can request de-brief - yes or no. This highlights to the manager that there could be an issue where additional support is required or could lead to learning.
Even a de-brief icon in its own would be beneficial.
This would be beneficial. Maybe it could appear after behaviour icon, or incident, like the PRN check appears after 30 minutes of PRN medicine being given.
