Many of our residents kick their sensor mats under beds or away from them. There should be an option for 'refused' with the sensor mat so we can have a way to record this behaviour

Within the care note, it is possible to mark an action on the care app as 'refused'. This can be done by clicking on the 'change' button and selecting refused, which will then show on any reporting. Does this current workflow help with your request?
