Removing Tasks chunked together under "Together With"

Please develop a feature that allows us to delink medications that have been chunked together under the Together With function? Please allow some flexibility such that if any medications were previous chuncked together, they can be delinked from the "Together with" section. The current grouping is resulting in staff sometimes resorting to use the Adhoc function which then leads to duplication of medications in eMAR Chart. With audits coming up soon, these duplications are very undesirable. Please assist as soon as possible
