It would be good for the profile to have the date stamp that the picture is added, so it is easier for the team to complete photograph changes as per the service policy e.g. 6 months.
It used to be included within the Evacuation Report, which wasn't ideal, but even this has been removed now. Not all users have access to the Audit process (depending on access rights, only our manages have access to Audit) so without this, there is no other way to access the date it was changed.
Would it be possible to show the date of the profile photo to ensure it is a recent one
