Independent Toileting Icon/Option

I would like to inquire if it is possible to add an option for documenting continence as "independent." We have residents who are able to toilet independently and have full mental capacity. However, currently, there is no option to record this on a daily basis. Sometimes, residents may need assistance, and staff document whether bowels have been opened on those days, but on other days, the chart is left blank as it is not monitored due to the residents' ability to manage it themselves. Having an option to document it as independent would be very helpful for tracking bowel movements.
