I have found that you do not have a Diabetic risk assessment form. this is somethign that CQC asked to see about our diabetic residents. How it is managed and what to do in certain situations. ie a hyer or hypo.
In my home we have managed this by adding care plans for diabetics along with other conditions. Happy to share copy if helps
