Assessment Update - Nutrition Assessment (PEG)

The nutritional assessment should be amended if you select 'nil by mouth or PEG fed'. It still makes you complete a food and drink texture further down the assessment which on the handsets still comes up as the residents having modified texture which may cause a risk/confusion especially if a home has a lot of agency staff in.
