Manager sensitive information record - Confidential/ sensitive information notes not shared with all the care team .

Some information about a resident is sensitive and not shared with care team in general eg safegaurding concern / social worker or advocate input . While management need to record this information and meetings relating to it - the current Manager note is shared in the care notes / handover note when handover not selected. This is important issue to ensure resident confidentiality is upheld .
