PEEP Assessment tool

On the assessment tool "PEEP".. it would be helpful to have a box to tick/highlight if someone has a catheter in situ....

in an emergency event, this is something we have to highlight to the emergency services, in case they attempt to evacuate a bed bound person and not realise there is a catheter (usually attached to a night bag) which means this persons catheter may rip out in the process of the evacuation.
