Separate Action Tile for Airflow Mattresses

It would be beneficial if there was a care action tile dedicated to airflow mattresses. Allowing staff to type in the weight displayed on the airflow pump and to ensure there are no tares and plugged in etc.

I was wondering if you would consider making a form to record a roll or a slip out of bed for example. We are recording all these accidents as a fall, this resulting as not accurate data.

Blue tile to indicate when weekly weights are due.

We have residents who are on weekly weights, we have the weekly weight flag up on the day, however we feel it may be beneficial if the weekly weights could be flagged up the same as the wounds.

Staff accident should be ab le to be recorded on the system as all staff are on as users on PCS

remove names use only initials

Remove names of staff who have documented, use only initials as this saves us time when we have to share documents. Currently having to spend hours deleting names to prevent GDPR Breech
