Feature Enhancement

It would be useful to have an option to specifically state an advocate visit to a resident. Some of our residents have quite regular advocate visits and would be useful to easily be able to search for these when needed.

As a LD service we need easy access to past care notes and not all staff including agency have access to a Laptop so they can stay up to date on bowel movements etc

when selecting more than 1 tab they should be on care notes as unified heading not several seperate ones as this causes confusion when managers auditing level of detail and 1 tab has 3 tabs of info then 2 tabs also used look minimalistic

Add a filter function to the care notes to find care and professional input easier by selecting the action. for example if I want all of the Sleep input I filter it out for the time and day and it is easier to find.

the list of allergies is very limited. Would like an "other" option to add in nutrition care plan. so it shows in allergies not just intolerances.

When filtering through care notes under reports, the 'check pad' tile does not appear to come up when continence is selected. Could this be looked into?
