Medication plan care day - Add option for multiple people to be added to a medication

I am looking to see if there is a way you can add a multiple option when adding medication on to plan care day. During the day the tile will stand out on the system and connect with the rest of the medication at that time but if the same tablet was given at night as well but instead of by a senior carer it was done by a nurse then the tile wouldn't stand out and it won't connect to any other medications been given at that time
