emotional support / ABC improvement

Currently staff record ABC under emotional support on the handsets. When you clic ad hoc - emotional support the handset brings up agitated, confused, pacing, upset, challenging behaviour, social worker, repetitive, paranoid, hallucinate, disinhibited, wandering emotional support icons to click. Residents can experience multiple behaviours eg be pacing, upset and paranoid. If staff click these 3 on the first page, it creates 3 ABCS!!!! It does not recognise it is happening.

Can you please update so when behaviours are entered at the same time it ONLY creates 11 ABC and does not produce multiple.

We have to advise staff to choose 1 and enter the behaviour in the typed section on the next screen page.
