Back up of changes or deleting items, so we can ask the correct person for the reason for it.

We have had incidents of diary events disappearing, so could it be somehow made so that if things have been changed or deleted, we can find out who by and then ask why things were changed or taken off please, or even a reason box that comes up when deleting events and activities, etc?
