in order to evidence that food has been prepared and served at the correct level of mosification it would be great if we could upload an image of the plate of food directly to the care note entry relating directly to that meal. In circumstances where choking incidents occur it would be good to have this evidence to support the accident recort and any necessary follow up with staff.
