Plan Care Day end date

When a tile needs ending on the plan care day e.g. 1-1, sometimes it needs to end at midnight. However, the end date option does not allow for this, it only gives the next day as an end date. This really needs to be changed so any activities scheduled within the plan care day can be ended on the day (i.e. midnight) so it does not carry on to the following day when it is not needed.
