Including more practitioners within the "Specialist" tile

Currently there are a number of specialists not an option with the "Specialist" action tile. It would be really useful to include the following: Podiatry, Tissue Viability, Continuing Health Care (CHC), Falls Team, Palliative Care, Mental Health Team, Bladder and Bowel Service, Safeguarding etc.
