ABC Chart

When staff are putting in general emotion this is automatically being converted into an ABC chart which is inappropriate for the behaviour documented. It looks as if staff are using them inappropriately however it is the system generating them automatically therefore there should be a separate option to complete an ABC and just putting in how the resident was and how this was responded to.
