There is no functionality for care staff to be notified via their handsets that one of their care notes has been corrected or voided. This doesn't support ongoing learning as it relies on the person correcting or voiding the record to then reach out to the carer to tell them this and then arrange for them to access a laptop to agree it.
It would make far more sense for an alert to be flagged up so that BOTH the carer and the person auditing the records can be proactive in raising issues going through the agreement process.
In addition, a clear indication via lap top view showing number of outstanding voids or corrections (those awaiting agreement) would support quality assurance processes.
