Wash temperature not in PCS

For residents who do not have a bath and only require a strip wash using a bowl of water, the water temperature should still be checked to ensure it is safe and comfortable before use. or not ? how to record wash temperature when residents do not have bath ?

Can we have separate icon for water temperature to check ? or we do not need to record it ?
