Healing delay factors on Wound Care plan

There should be a box to indicate that the Service User is none-compliant with wound care under the "Healing delay factors". Many Service Users who are living with dementia will often remove dressings, scratch the wounds, and not comply with pressure area care. This then can cause a delay to healing, even if all other factors listed aren't necessarily a problem.
