We have experienced times where lead staff members are missing that it is a residents birthday as they have not had access to a device, this has meant residents are having their personal care done without a congratulatory birthday message in the mornings.

If this was on the desktop system it would mean that there is another way to ensure the leads are communicating that there is a residents birthday that day.
