Flag when urine has not been passed

Could we have something that flags when urine output has not been recorded for a period of time. If carers aren't handing over due to being busy, or the nurse isn't told till the end of the shift, we potentially have residents not passing urine for 12 hours and the nurse on shift is unaware.
