Key Worker Simplified Entry

A simple way to enter the key worker details for the person we support, or better yet, a simpler linking method of an existing staff member from the staff community pool. This option should either appear on the edit details page or directly on the front page of a person, similar to a social worker, who is more important than a social worker who discharges people after a short period of time. If there is a specific key worker required who is not a staff member, then have a custom option within this new option. The current system is a roundabout way to add a key worker and is unnecessarily complicated in my view.
