Addition of AWI legislation to mental capacity assessments in line with Scottish guidance

It would be helpful to add the Scottish legislations to mental capacity assessment i.e. AWI because this is different from DOL's and MCA. Even the addition of a box for the AWI and time frame it is valid for as maximum period is 36- months
