Add specialist care notes retrospectively

As professionals can be external and not always have the time that day to add notes in between patients and meetings, enabling a feature which allows you to add care notes in the past would be beneficial to allow the correct timeline of therapy interventions on a patients file. It could be that up to a week is allowed to make these additions, but that the note still reflects the date this was entered, so whilst it shows up correctly in the patient timeline of interventions to reflect in their intervention time, these still show in chronological order of input.
