I would welcome the option to create specific areas within the system such as Cleaning, Kitchen, Medication, and Maintenance as well as the ability to design bespoke forms to support our home’s compliance requirements.
Additionally, the functionality to schedule and record meetings within PCS would be highly beneficial for care homes. As the sector continues to move toward paperless operations, having all essential features consolidated within a single platform would be extremely advantageous.
