Being able to view scanned documents from the handheld devices

It would be beneficial, for example in the even of an emergency where staff would need to check if a DNAR is legible while on the phone to a 999 call handler. There is not always a member of staff on shift with immediate access to a monitor and could take a longer time for the original form to be located in a locked office (when incident occurs out of office hours.)
