I think it would be very useful to have a tile on the handheld devices for SBARD so when an incident occurs we can start the documentation of this quickly and be more effective, then it would pull across into the SBARD form that is already on PCS and this can then be updated as things progress
Absolutely need this to ensure that the information is recorded as effectively and quickly as possible. This is also now part of the new CQC Single Assessment Framework (SAF 2025)
