One Page Profile

A One Page Profile for the first page of the Service Users would be more suitable and presents the individual in a more dignified, humane and respectful way. I'm appalled whenever I log into the first page of the people we support, that the first thing you should know about them is their risks and medical history, those can be well documented on the care plans, risk assessments etc.

The first thing you should see about the person we support is a page of who they are as a human being, just like any of us would want to be presented. I really hope this amendment is considered, I've attached an example. Thank you for a really good platform though.
