end of life details

end of life details would be useful when someone is on end of life so that staff can fill in the details of someone's care who is on end of life (Mouth care, talking to family, funeral director arrangements. Etc) as at the moment we are having to fill in on mental wellbeing section. would also help if someone has passed away on shift to fill in for staff who come on to shift next, to be made aware.
