Families have commented that they do not see care notes in chronological order and that their view is quite hard to follow- they have also asked if times could be added so they can see what time their loved one is getting up, dressed, taking part in activities or having meals etc
Could the care notes be sectioned into days as opposed to a big reel of notes?
