On PCS backend and handset for colour of dot to be the same colour for someone who is for resuscition

At the moment on PCS backend the colour of the dot for someone who is for resuscitation is white but on the handset it is blue. This could be confusing for some people and there is no consistancy. It should be changed to the same colour so everyone knows what it means
