Freeze blue navigation pane / bar to top of screen.

Please freeze blue navigation pane / bar to top of screen. If I am reviewing resident's weight (for example) I have to scroll down to see their weight chart, but this then pushes the navigation bar off the screen so I have to scroll back up to navigate to a different resident. This is a waste of time especially if reviewing several residents.
