3 handed hoist requirement

Good afternoon,

Is there a possibility to add a three-handed hoist entry as Ad hoc. Have someone not quiet meeting bariatric needs but does requrie 3 people to transfer and we cannot document this appropraitely without having to change things ourselves manually which is time consuming for a busy environment.
