Poor limitation of only being able to add care notes up to 6 hrs after accident/incident report. Always GP notes, Hospital updates, family updates needed to be added after the 6 hr period. With this continued limitation users going to continue in completing accident reports with only minimal care notes linked. Accident and incident reports are referred back to legally, why limit our ability to fill in with as much relevant info as possible??
In agreement with this. Sometimes things occur after the accident/incident after the 6 hour period. We need to be able to link relevant care notes beyond the 6 hours period. E.G - Being able to add medical input, safeguarding information, new/worsening symptoms. Etc...
