Improve oversight of wound care

Registered nurses are relying on the blue community tiles to navigate to resident's wound records, without reviewing the full wound care summary to have oversight of clinical care. It would be really helpful if these tiles were removed and the wound care summary was linked to resident care plans ( as the nutrition report is) so that registered nurses have to view the home's report to access the resident's wound assessment and treatment record. This would be really helpful from a quality and auditing point of view as well.
