Manager Review and Oversight of Daily Care Notes

I would like to propose a feature enhancement to the Mcare system that enables managers to review and comment on daily care notes entered by staff. This functionality would mirror the oversight capabilities currently available in systems like PASS and OnePlan, where managers can:

• View care notes submitted by staff in real time or retrospectively.

• supply evidence of action taken when alerts are raised

• Add comments or feedback directly within the system.

• Ensure quality assurance and consistency in care documentation.

• Support staff development through constructive feedback and guidance.

This feature would strengthen accountability, improve communication, and enhance the overall quality of care delivery by allowing managers to actively engage with and oversee the documentation process.
