Communication and Messaging to Staff

It would be good if we had some kind of instant messaging for staff. Like an internal inbox. If I send a message to a night staff, unless I state on the message who its from and ask them to reply, they wont see who its from, nor will they be able to reply. I never cross shifts with night staff. As Admin, it would be really good to have this as part of PCS.
