Palliative performance Scale (PPS Score)

Palliative performance Scale is a tool used to monitor a residents deterioration as their palliative journey changes and progresses to end of life. This tool would me beneficial to have to monitor residents progression, at present we do this on paper documentation. However if this could be on PSC this can be completed along side pain scales as a formal way to monitor deterioration
