Add a TMAR Functionality to PCS

We currently have the ability to add creams as part of patients planned care day for creams including epimax, E45 etc. However, there is no TMAR to evidence where care staff apply the cream including where the cream should be applied. If we could have a TMAR for non-medicated creams for care staff to action as part of patients planned care day, this would ensure they were signed daily and not missed as is the case with traditional paper records.
