We set outcomes to establish goals for people we're supporting to work towards, but without staff being able to see this, i feel it's effectiveness is massively reduced. We can allocate a staff member to the task, but how are they meant to see it all and support the person to achieve these goals without adding multiple extra processes in away from pcs.
Can we have a system that allows us to view this on the app/handsets, as many staff can't access the computer version. This would improve quality of support and allow for people to achieve far more.
Perhaps also considering adding an outcomes widget so staff can record progress towards goals, which managers can then track
