Body map on admission and after events

It would be very useful if there was an option to complete a body map on admission, even for residents with no marks/bruises or wounds. This would also be a useful tool to have when an incident occurs such as an alleged assault resident on resident where bruising has not yet occurred but could do. If this was an option on the wound/infection register then it would be able to be set to be followed up in say 12hrs or 24hrs to check for bruising that appears later after the incident.
