Ability to un flag accident/incident forms in the 'in progess' status

It would be great to be able to unflag accidents/incidents even when progressed to the 'in progress' status. Sometimes these duplications havent been spotted before a staff member starts filling out the accident form and saving it, none the wiser of the care note being flagged as both an accident and an incident. This would mean more accuracy in our analysis if a duplication hasnt been spotted initially that it can still be un flagged even once started.
