Shift handover to be added as a nurse entry

It is time consuming and useless to have the same entry twice, as per our company policy it is required a nurse entry every 12 hours however the nurse entry would contain mostly the actual handover which will be copied for handover notes. Could we have the possibility of selecting to be as a nurse entry instead of shift handover. And here I mean from the shift handover and not going to each resident individually.
