Fluid chart monitoring from midnight to midnight

The fluid monitoring charts on the phones should show from midnight-midnight to match the chart on the computer. It is very confusing having the rolling 24hr chart as the care staff do not have an accurate representation of the fluids a residents has had. This makes fluid caps especially had as having inaccurate information could mean they go over the cap or on the other had are significantly under and therefore dehydrated.
