Challenging behaviour icon doesn't appear on PCS devices no ABC to complete

when completing our behaviour charts on PCS devices it is not specifying ABC choices for staff to document, the challenging behaviour icon is missing from our emotional support the only icons displaying are: Agitated, confused, pacing, upset distress reaction s, ETC . Due to more dementia residents with challenging behaviours we are not documenting the ABC charts effectively. Can you advise please?
