We complete daily fluid audits to ensure residents are maintaining their hydration, but the fluid drunk from the jugs do not go onto the fluid intake chart - meaning it looks like residents are not drinking enough, despite drinking plenty from the jugs.

Would you be able to raise this with our Support team please? Any fluid amount recorded by the fluid icons should be appearing on the fluid chart, so may be something we need to investigate.
