We have blaupont who have arranged for the call bells to go to the pods from SMS call bell system, it would be great if the call bell information could be brought across to PCS in the same way digital reception and painchek does so the information all in one area.
Hey, do you mean 'Blaucomm'? If so, you absolutely can have call bells going in to the Care Notes. Firstly, you need the 'Generic API' - contact PCS Client Success if you aren't sure. Once you have the Generic API, contact support@blaucomm.co.uk and the guys will get it enabled on the call bell integration.
