Ability to private care notes and incidents should there be a HR investigation ongoing

Please can there be a way to mark a care note / incident / accident private so that if there is a HR investigation other colleagues would not see the care note / accident / incident. This would be seen by the Clincial Lead, Deputy Manager, Home Manager and higher up within the organisation
